Received the reader without a power cord. Contacted customer service and they acted it on right away - quickly responding to my request and shipping a cord. Happy with both the customer service and the product.

Bought this for my wife for Christmas since she loves always knowing the wait times at the park. Overall the product is very nice, easy to set up, and fun to watch. However, there are programming enhancements that could be added. Currently, it only works 1 ride at a time unless you hit the button. This would be much better if there was a mode to allow it to cycle through all rides, that way you don't have to click the button 5-10 times just to get to a specific ride.
